2009 Redsfest!!!! Who's going????

You can if you borrow a kid (coughmathiscough) or get a STH ticket on eBay or from someone at Redsfest. They are pretty easy to come by.

mathis is already full..lol..

Advice, lay them out and keep you eyes open for walking player..kj

anybody remember from last year, when they started listing attendees on the website?

I want to say it all throughout November that they were adding to the list. I can't remember if the first group was announced in October or not, but it was all the local guys.

I was finally able to get on the Redsfest site. I don't remember the "one-per, no exceptions" thing being on the website in the past, but I know it was stressed at the actual autograph lines. They changes the minimums from 200 to 250 people per line so they may try enforcing it a little more. There's also a season ticket holder-only line on both days rather than only on Saturday. I usually get a STH ticket because my dad;s company has tickets, but he may not renew them. They are pretty easy to find on eBay and are usually less than the price at the gate.

I would agree I thought the list was changing a bit all the way until the middle of November. Anyone staying the hotel connected to the Duke Energy Center?

Did a quick search and found last year's Redsfest thread. The first post that mentioned the first group of players to appear was on November 5.

They do announce who is going to be at each line, but it's only about 10-15 minutes in advance. They do that intentionally so people dont camp out for a specific line until at the very end.

They announce 1 hour before the player starts signing. For example, at 1:00 PM, they'll show who is signing at 2:00 PM and where. Everyone huddles around the area where the TV's are showing all this, and once announced, mobs of people will run to the big names. You hope to be one of the first 250 there, and then you wait an hour+. You'll be in that line while they announce the 3:00 signers at 2:00 PM, and probably won't have a shot at any of them (if they're bigger names), so you kinda have to be selective. I hope this helps and whatever I just typed wasn't too confusing.

they post them an hour in advance... u can walk away with a ton of graphs if you avoid those big name lines and go to the players who have nobody waiting for them lol.
