It should have never been given to the player in the 1st place. After our signings, I add the holos and never look at the ball again. But, when they go out the door, I know there isnt a chance that the ball is messed up because I check the balls before the signing starts.

I guess he didn't check. Whatever.

Wow, I'm just a little pissed off right now. The Burgess ball that I purchased arrived today, and has like three or four freaking blotchy spots on it, I'll have to look again to make sure. It has like two orangish spots right next to each other, and two or three other black spots. I mean come on, is it so hard for you to actually look at the ball before you send it, and make sure that it's actually in good condition? Just pretty stupid if you ask me.

It sucks that this happened, but in all honesty, you should have seen from the start that this guy was a joke and things weren't going to go right. IF he doesn't replace the ball (and in fact, he should pay your return postage and the postage to send a new ball to you), then dispute it with PayPal if that is how you paid.

I told him to send it back and ill send it again and ill send money to pay for shipping. all balls are packaged up...

Signing in the box is tough. I think what Raiders Fan is refering to is flaws in the ball before the player touched it. From what he is describing, you should have played ball with it rather than pay a dude to put his sig on it. My 2 cents. Unless Mike had crud on his fingers, and he could have, I dont think the issue was the player touching the ball.

thats how some of the balls come...i bet you have had problems with it
