Alan, why do you ignore my emails, PM's and attempts to contact you?

I have email you 7 times, PM'd you twice and still you will not respond about the money I sent you for your Longorio signing. I am asking you nicely to refund my money as you received my payment in early January and I did not and have not received my items. I don't appreciate you ignoring me and not giving me the courtesy of a reply. I really expected better customer service than this.
Please contact me and refund my money.
