If you go to the Fiterman Sports Group website (just search for it on google) and e-mail them via the contact page, DJ will get back to you within a day. That is how I have been contacting him about my items and he has been very helpful and quick about responding

There is a long thread on SCN and it isn't just people complaining. This guy was clearly way over his head on this signing and screwed a bunch of people over.
