This is what amazes me about some signings. If Rice is willing to sign small flats for $25-39, then why in the heck is he $99+ at shows? Looks like the promoters across the country seem to be making a nice chunk of change off of him.

the order is now up to 23 cards and counting..... everyone who needs rice lets keep contacting dwayne because we all know the more we send the lower the price will go that is what i was told by him.

That is how the show promoters stay in business. Those guys put a lot of risk into some of these atheletes.
