What if our item was already signed?

Your item and 2 other members, i know he has and they are signed. He was in new york, then dc, then oklahoma, then Chartlotte, then philly. The man is constantly on the go. He resides here near me. I would offer you my item and swap it out, but the sad thing is, my item(s) were sonics jerseys and 16x20s. the things he hasnt signed or returned yet!

UPDATE: I spoke with some friends in the legal system and i showed them my entire paper trail of conversation via text, my contract i have in writing signed, my spreadsheets of data of who paid what and what customers need to be refunded etc. Both friends highly recommended I take it to small claims court because it is cheap to file a civil suit and the total amount is less than $5,000 which it has to be in the city of virginia beach. I just wanted to post this update to let you guys know im working diligently to get everybody their items and money back. Ive been more than patient with Cartello, but am tired of being blown off and hearing excuse after excuse.

Hey everybody, GREAT NEWS !!!! Nearly 4 and half MONTHS after paying, I finally got a refund today from this guy!

You should be happy you got one. Showing these true colors. I think i made it pretty public that i lost nearly $4,000 dollars in this deal. I can show you the books if you need proof. Kinda like I showed a print screen of the payment you sent me along with the payment i sent back to you. I show no paypal fee's and even if there were paypal fee's i wouldnt refund them to you. That is YOUR choice to pay with paypal. Its not like I twisted your arm and said you had to pay with that form of payment. Below is a print screen of every transaction I have done with you. Ask yourself this, how many members would have just bailed on their "customers" if they realized they were out 4 thousand dollars? If you just look on SCN alone, look how many bad threads there are of deals that went sour. Im sorry there was a delay in getting the refunds back to everybody but the fact of the matter is money don't grow on tree's youngster. (i'm assuming your young based on your immaturity). In emails he says "Im glad this deal went bad". LOL are you? Wow. I hope people realize your true colors and think twice before they deal with you.

LOL, way to spin it you ****. I had to email you to get any sort of update, every time. I should be happy I got the refund? Really? Talk about true colors. I NEVER asked for my ebay fees to be refunded, so you can post your stupid screen caps all day long, they mean nothing. 3 months back, you detailed the issues here. I offered to pay MORE FREAKING MONEY to help out! You never thanked me for being patient, and acted with ZERO class today with your childish emails. Fact is, you had my money for over 4 months, and failed to keep me in the loop. I don't give a damn that you're out $4000. It certainly isn't our fault, and when you show such a lack of class, you lose any sympathy I had for your situation.

It's hilarious that you somehow think that because you chose the wrong people to deal with on this signing, that we are somehow "lucky" to get refunded the money we paid.
