Aria is on the strip, the course is no where near the strip. I believe the course is also exclusive, so good luck graphing it there if they don't sell admission tickets.

The way that course is I doubt it will be open to the public. Your best bet will be the Hotel I'm guessing.

not last year but the previous 3 years i did it...something came up last year so i didnt get to go unfortunately

it would be impossible for someone to guarantee you the card be signed in blue. he either carrys his own black or gets it from the scorers tent at the end of his round or takes the first pen handed to him. out of the 20 times or so i have gotten him i have only gotten him in blue maybe 5 times or so.
