That's dumb. You're weren't handling anything except posting it all publicly, offering to take people's money, and updating everyone on the entire process until it was time for everyone to get what they paid for. By any reasonable measure, your involvement here makes you responsible.

Obviously people want a measure of transparency which is why they check this thread to get answers and obviously, as usual, you want to handle things privately so nobody ever really knows what's going on. Now you want everyone to complain to someone that you vouched for who's never posted here because you weren't "handling" anything.

To update, I got a refund check in the mail today, once it clears I am done with this "deal" for good.
