Al just IM'd be about 5 minutes ago saying that he can't get pedro and that he's going to just send out the refunds for him. He said that pedro has been really tough to deal with and that he still might one day be able to get him later this year but that he felt bad holding onto everyones money. Im just glad to be getting the money back because for awhile there i didn't think i would ever be hearing from him again. Just thought y'all would like to know

He IMed me over the weekend to say that he was sending me my refund. Apparently Julio currently has possession of the remaining Manny Ramirez signed items, and Al is having trouble getting them back. He says that he is going to issue refunds first, and then resolve the thing was Julio afterwards. I'm sure he's tired of all the e-mails and IMs I'm sure he's getting.

haha I find that one very amusing. Although I should say its not amusing for the people who paid for the Manny's, but it is hilarious that Julio is keeping the stuff....

I wish I was surprised, but I've lost all respect for him after this. He was the one who set up this deal for so many people, and then he bails out when things get complicated, saying that it isn't his problem anymore.

It wouldn't surprise me anymore if those rumors of him bribing batboys were true.
