I have yet to receive my refund. Al Clemente said that it was mailed last week, but he hasn't been responding to my e-mails the past couple of days.

I just got a repsonse from Al Clemente. Here it is:

"hey robert, your check got sent back, i believe on thursday, so you should be getting it back. what i did was send everybody their johans, pujols, ortizs and any refunds.

mannys are going out next week, followed by pedro."

I wonder if that means he managed to get Pedro or not?

There hasn't been an update from Julio in over a week.

with a little note saying that pedro has the cards

Is that all it says about Pedro? That's not really telling us much.

Al told me that they gave the cards to Pedro to sign. Don't know when they'll have them, but you can just get the refund if you want, then pay when they're actually done. But e-mail him at Xixor1@aol.com with any questions. I was just telling everyone about it and helping him out, he's handling everything though.
