Private signings who would be interested?

Anyone who posts like that I believe it actually writing in ALL CAPS and the vB system converts them back but leaves the 1st letter of each word in Caps.

well i heard from a few sources that these guys are willing to do private signings ita not like im saying who wants vlad or ichiro here - i needed to know what the market was like fior them and whether it wouldbe worth it to set something up or not, obviously alot of people need lincecum so i am def gonna see what i can do with him and pie, the other ones i mentioned ill get a price from them and we will see.

Not to (completely) hijack the thread, but I met a guy at Reds camp today who represents Juan Castro, Javier Valentin and 20 other guys on Major League rosters (including Eliezer Alfonso and Manny Corpas). He also has a bunch of other guys at every level of the minor leagues. I mentioned this community and asked how willing his guys at any level would be to do some kind of private signing, mainly of cards, for a couple bucks a card. He said the majority of his guys would would be up for it and that a lot of them would prefer to do a large private signing instead of battling the crowds IP. I'm going to get in touch with him again when I get home and get his player roster.

listen captain i run a store in philadelphia - im a bigtime grapher here and i have a few guys that have done this sorta thing before, i heard lincecum is great and he seems to be signing away in phoenix - im gonna talk to him especially when i go out there, i heard the other guys are accomadating to private signings so i wanted to get a feel for the market...worry about graphing in dc.

Why would I worry about graphing in DC? Do you feel the need to be a smart A$$? If you had read that post you would have noticed I was not involved other then asking the question why he was so worked up. And to be honest, just because you run a store in Philadelphia doesen't mean you know anything about private signings. It seems the new "fad" here is people trying to do signings even though they have no idea what the heck they are doing. All I said is do you have any connection because if you don't you are just listing names. Too many people are putting names out there when there is no agreement. There have been more problems with the signings so far then there have been success. If you said "I spoke with TL agent and it will be $25 per item" I would have sent you the money. So they would sign less IP if they did more private signings?
