Yes, this is ridiculous. If I remember correctly, Alan stated that refunds would be coming. I even emailed him asking if he could apply the $30 to my future memberships, but never received a response.

Everyone to my knowledge that sent items in were emailed requesting that they send me a PayPal notice for the signing fee. I know this because within 48 hours I had requests come in from what I thought was ALL the people who sent in.
