Sun Times Nov Show

He must think that extra autographs or discounted autograph tickets are fair compensation as I have never seen anyone there show up to work becuase they havev a gun to their head. It really shouldnt have been the "moron" card guys who runied the 1 per. If you ever graphed you know that having a sheet of 9 cards in a book ready to go is easy to sign, and takes less time then the ushally idiot fumbling with mini helments, or the guy who needs to take 3 pictures.

Spoken like a true card guy. It sounds like ur jealous. I do believe the extra autographs are fair, if you don't like what they get don't go. You're correct they work on their own free will, but just because they are selected to work instead of you shouldn't be cause for you to complain about it. They are the chosen few, accept it or don't go. Pretty simple. And I guess having graphed over 30 years doesn't constitute knowing what I'm talking about in your eyes so be it. I'm just telling you the truth why they instituted the 1 per in the VIP lines. If you choose to believe otherwise so be it.

LOL, you can't be for real with the sheet of 9. People who roll like this need to be kicked.

Rarly is it a sheet of 9 most people i see are 3 or 6 but i have seen 9. It takes less time to sign off that sheet than it does to pose for pics with, and talk to them about **** they dont care about. This one guy runs around telling the player about the glove company he works for and leaves them pairs of gardening gloves. That seriously takes time, and i dont see those guys being shut down

one thing i saw in the vip line that ticked me off. ray guy was there awhile back. line was huge, many people also buying $15 for him. for me the idea of buying the vip package is to get a few photos signed, then try to get as many different cards done as i can, realizing your not going to get them all, but 5-6 would be nice. i have no problem with the 1 per. but when people started getting 3 line inscriptions plus ray guy and his number and getting a pic with. hes only there for 2 hours, and they do cut it off.

Yeah anyone who knows Hampton knows his line will be tough to get through more than twice. He's friendly and he also takes his time always adding inscriptions without asking. Plus the athlete has no incentive to sign quickly in a VIP situation. They are there for their two hours or whatever so they probably figure they'd rather take their time than see the same face 4 different times. Thus at least with the in-demand HOF types the system is not set up for you to get them more than say 3 times and that's if you aren't focusing on getting anyone else at the show

If you didn't catch it they listed that Lem Barney cancelled and replaced him with HOF Billy Shaw. It's a lateral move but I needed Shaw so it's ok for me. But, if you paid $29 for Shaw or Joe D earlier this year it kinda sucks to see them here for half the price....

Will be in attendance on Friday night and Sunday. I am not getting anything signed in the Autograph Pavillion as of now, but will be walking around the vendors. Sunday will be lets make a deal with a bunch of cash on hand.
