Thanks for stating who he is. I was about to post "Who the hell is Don Young?"
Haha yeah I had to google him too. Usually names like that come at the end as VIP's and not one of the early core mentions. I imagine that soon we should get a bunch of names listed as opposed to the slow burn it's been so far
I am not 100% sure, but I believe Don Young was the CF on that team that supposedly dropped a fly ball or something. In traditional Cub fan fashion, he's blamed for the demise of that team (a la Bartman some 30 plus years later). I could be off, but I remember hearing the Cubs were up 6 games on the Mets with 8 days to go in the season and they blew it. Don Young is also the guy that was in hiding for a while and changed his SS #. That's a scattered account, but I am sure an older fan can state the facts. I think Tom Orr had him @ $25 a pop or something like that a few years ago.

I"m sure they will still add many more names but this is off to a bad start.
I'm happy about Pedro and I need Carew but yeah it's mostly guys who have been here a lot lately (Urlacher, Ditka, Finch, Boggs, Castro, etc.). Lots of room though and they have almost no football so far so they could make it interesting with those guys

The last show started off just as weak as this show but I thought it turned into a really good line-up. Gotta give em a bit more time I guess. Still over 2 months away. Hopefully they get some new names though.
