Middle of April, MAB is having a big show in Maryland: All living Oriole HOF'ers and ROY's, and some Ravens including Oher, Flacco, and Lewis.

Third Annual Dinner, Auction Scheduled For March 12

Redskins Hall of Famers Sam Huff and George Allen and long-time
Redskins tight end and broadcaster Rick ’Doc’ Walker will be among the
honorees at the “Washington Football Legends for Charity” benefit
dinner and auction on Saturday, March 12 at the J.W. Marriott in
Washington, D.C.

The third annual event brings together Redskins greats for a nostalgic
evening of football, food and fun. Tickets are still available.

Proceeds from the dinner and auction will help provide college
scholarships for minority education assistance via the Shack Harris
and Doug Williams Foundation and the Thomas A. Morehead Sterling Auto
Group Foundation.

Each of the honorees will be presented with an award:

* Huff, a Redskins linebacker from 1964-67 and in 1969, will
receive the Bobby Mitchell Champion of the Gridiron Award.
* Allen, Redskins head coach from 1971-77 will posthumously
receive the Herman Boone Champion of the Gridiron Award. (Allen’s sons
Bruce and George Jr. will accept the award on his behalf.)
* Walker will receive the George Michael Excellence in Media
Award, presented annually to a media personality or journalist in
recognition of their outstanding football coverage in Washington, D.C.
* Earl Stafford, CEO of the Wentworth Group and founder of the
Stafford Foundation, will receive the Daniel Snyder Community MVP
Award.

Redskins alumni scheduled to attend include Reggie Branch, Larry
Brown, Ravin Caldwell, Joe Jacoby, Mike Nelms, Brig Owens, Bubba Tyer,
Charley Taylor, Ed Simmons and Doug Williams.

celts, you might want to add in that this isn't a free event.

It's 2 items for $50 or 5 items for $100.. Not sure if that is per player or if you can mix and match players.

For you younger guys, Lupe Fiasco will be doing a meet n greet TOMORROW B-more (whatever that means these days) but can't imagine he won't sign. Don't know the time. Checked Ebay and he sells so I'd go if I were you...

Just got my "The DUKE" Football for Ed Reed, still not sure if Flacco is worth the Ball or try to find a photo in 24 hours, he is still hit or miss game to game, but I am sure Reed is going to the HOF...... Who else will be there, Wanna meet up before? What other items are you getting signed?

I'll be working there guys i will be selling some pictures. would be great meating any of you guys just tell me your on sportsgraphing my name is chris. and i think the place will be a mad house so get there early!!!!!!!!!!!!! and the ben grubbs softball tournament will be there in like 3 weeks too with some big name guys.
