Anyone have any luck with getting him to respond lately? I have sent atleast 5 emails in a couple of months with no luck. I was also told that the Manny's would be sent out "this weekend" about two times when I did get a response before. Just wondering if anyone has had any luck..

I never got a response from him. He still owes me for the Albert Pujols card I sent him (he said he would give me $5- book value). At least I got the refund for the autograph back. I think this whole thing was a big scam.

You got lucky. From what I have seen and heard from other collectors they have yet to receive money back after requesting it. I agree, sounded like a scam from the start and I'm glad I didn't fall for it. As usual Julio won't take responsibility and won't try and help you.

I do agree that Julio should have taken a lot more responsibility for this whole thing. He was the one who posted about this deal on his own website, along with several other message boards, promoting the thing. Then when things start to go south, he claims that he's not responsible anymore. Not a very trustworthy thing to do.

Personally, the scans of the Pujols returns I saw didn't look legit....but thats just my opinion.
