Ex-Rays Prospect Toe Nash, who needs him?

Yes, we are crazy. I remember the obsession JBSouth and I had vividly with a trip to DA Hood in Chicago to track down 1992 Upperdeck Minor Leaguer Clifton Garrett. We drove straight into the ghetto in the early afternoon knocking on doors to find him. People thought we were the police and call me crazy but I never gave it a thought about how we probably were a lil out of our element there.

Picture 2 white college guys going into a 99% black, drug and crime laced area of Chi-town. But we are still alive and graphing. LOL!

Oddly that kind of sounds like fun.

HI, my name is Chris and I am an autograph collector.

Still not as good as me hunting down Ryan Anderson at his culinary academy in Arizona while he still had his cooking outfit on.

To this day that is probably my favorite autographing adventure ever.

Or heading with Matt Ward to Ryan Andersons condo to be looked at by his parents like we were the anti-Christ. Odd vibes for sure. Very ackward moment with his dad as well.

Alan

I would be in for four or five cards.

Keep us posted.

Too bad Ryan's dad would try to pimp out his son's autograph. He used to buy Ryan's cards off EBAY and if you had a good insert (low numbered), he would trade for an autograph of Ryan.

I traded his dad some cards for 3 autographed cards. His dad said he would try and get him to sign 3 cards for me but could not guarantee it because he did not like to sign. he signed them though.

I could see this being a great signing at $5-$10 each. I might be willing to get one each of the different ones I have of him. For $20, I think I'll pass though.
